Annually we offer groups in the following areas:

We offer annual Food and Mood Groups which are designed to educate, motivate and emotionally coach patients to assume responsibility for changing their life's eating habits, exercise patterns, nutritional awareness and relaxation patterns. In the past three years all participants have lost at least 10 pounds per year.

We offer an Identity Group which focuses on adult issues for lives in transition. Topics of intimacy, trust, communication, honor, respect, identifying and expressing feelings appropriately, and defining yourself represents some of the work done in the therapeutic group setting.
